Here are some writing resources I like and which you may find helpful. I’m a firm believer in supporting your local bookstore, so maybe take some time to check them out there:
The Elements of Style by William Strunk and E.B. White — This is a timeless resource for the rules of grammar and punctuation. It’s short and sweet and there’s a reason it’s stood the test of time. Keep it handy and it’ll become a faithful companion.
Eats, Shoots & Leaves: The Zero Tolerance Approach to Punctuation by Lynne Truss.
On Writing by Stephen King — This book may be a memoir but it’s become a textbook for writers. It’s not travel writing–it’s just amazing writing from a master storyteller.
